Appoinments cancelled more than 24hrs from the scheduled date/time can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund.
Appointments cancelled less than 24hrs from the appointment time can be rescheduled but are non refundable
Do you accept my insurance?
Pink Lady Labs and Diagnostics is not usually covered by insurance as we are a fee of convience. We recommend you checking with your insurance provider and preferred lab to confirm this.
How do I schedule a test?

How do I get my lab results?
Once your test have been completed, you will be contacted by your healthcare provider for review and/or necessary follow up.Results are available within 3-5 days and can often be checked on your medical portals. Pink Lady Labs and Diagnostics does not receive your lab results as a part of our privacy policy
Will I be charged if I miss my appointment?
Yes!, Missed appointments are NON REFUNDABLE and are still billed as scheduled. If you know you will not be able to make your appointment, reach out as soon as possible for alternative options.
Is Pink Lady Labs and

No, Pink Lady Labs and Diagnostics is not a laboratory. We bring the convenience of lab collection to your home. After collection, we deliver the samples to the lab for you, making it unnecessary for you to leave the comfort of your home.
What if I don't have a lab order?

How do I refer patients to Pink Lady Labs and Diagnostics?
